The great novelty of this new phase in the hotel’s life. – an extended breakfast time, so that you can have breakfast at your leisure and even have a second sitting, if you feel like it, before your daily departure, adapting the timing of your breakfast to your needs.

From 8.30 am to 11.00 am, you can enjoy a varied breakfast where you can try the seasonal juices of our oranges and grapefruits, rich toasts with extra virgin olive oil and a wide selection of local foods from our land, which, due to the seasonality of these, will vary in order to supply our breakfast with fresh, quality products…although we will also have our corner for those with a sweet tooth, where you can taste our homemade cakes and biscuits.

Some of the local foods that you will find in our breakfast will be:

  • Wines from the Sierra of the Contraviesa, made in the traditional way, –  Trevelez  ham and a variety of sausages that you cannot miss…high quality hams and sausages without preservatives or additives, cured in a totally natural way.
  • Valor goat’s cheese, from herds that graze at an altitude of over a thousand metres, feeding on green pastures.
  • Lanjarón honey, for lovers of nature with valuable properties.
  • Pestiños from Cadiar, an example of Moorish pastries from the region as authentic as they are characteristic of the Moorish heritage.
